BIOGRAPHY OF LEONHARD KOROWAJCZUK

Leonhard Korowajczuk is a founding partner of CelPlan Technologies. Started his career within ITT developing energy, FDM and PCM multiplex equipment (SE, STC and BTM). Was one of the founders of the CPqD (Brazilian Telecom Research Center) where he was involved in the development of the national PCM (MCP-30) and SPC Switching (TROPICO) equipment. Created the Switching and the Wireless Divisions at Elebra. Was the Director of the Wireless division of Alcatel do Brasil. Was CTO of Comsat Plexsys where he headed the desig of wireless switching and radio equipment. Today he is the President and CTO of CelTec Telecomunicações S/A and CelPlan Technologies, Inc. Mr. Korowajczuk holds several patents in the fields of electrical and mechanical packaging, switching equipment and wireless fraud.
