Edward F. Lorentz & Associates (formerly Commercial Radio Equipment Company), Consulting Engineers, Washington, D. C., 1963 - 1977.

Kessler and Gehman Associates, Inc., (formerly Kessler Associates), Telecommunications Consulting Engineers, Gainesville, Florida, 1977 to date. (President and Owner).

Frequency allocation studies for communications and broadcast stations and microwave systems.

Preparation and submission of data to the Federal Communications Commission in support of applications for construction permits and licenses for two-way radio, one-way signaling, radio and television broadcasting, MDS / ITFS, and point-to-point microwave stations.

Expert engineering testimony presented before the Federal Communications Commission in hearing proceedings. 

Assisted clients in competitively procuring telecommunications systems, including preparation of bid packages, identifying potential bidders, conducting pre-bid conferences, and evaluating bids.

Assisted clients in supervising installations, establishing proof-of-performance tests, and evaluating acceptance tests.

Development of computer programs to aid in the design and evaluation of various communication systems.
