TABLE TOP EXHIBITS AGREEMENT
At NEBSA/NIA's 2008 Annual Meeting and Conference, NEBSA/NIA is offering companies and organizations in the industry an opportunity to participate in a tabletop exhibition Monday, February 18 through Wednesday, February 20.
WHY EXHIBIT?………Leaders of the EBS/ITFS industries and the most knowledgeable engineers, FCC counsel, government regulators, and the most experienced and successful EBS/ITFS educators attend this conference.
Tabletop exhibits are one of many ways in which to display your company’s information and reach that important targeted audience in an informal setting. The tabletop exhibit area may be attended or unattended. Tables are set up in a highly visible area. You are required to register for the full conference to be eligible to exhibit. Exhibitors will receive a packet of information to order phone lines, audio visual equipment and/or electricity upon confirmation of your exhibit space

Exhibitors may bring up to two additional booth personnel without registering for them for the conference. But, if they do not register for the conference, they will not be entitled to attend any of the conference sessions.
